Senderos snuffs out French

Man of the Moment Philippe Senderos made his international debut last night, thrown in at the deep end as Switzerland faced Vieira et all at the Stade de France.
Apart from one slight slip that allowed Davide Trezeguet in, Big Phil gave an excellent account of himself in a 0-0 draw.
Ashley Cole, meanwhile, was part of the England side that stormed to a 4-0 win over Northern Ireland, and Freddie Ljungberg grabbed a brace for Sweden, including one from the spot.
