Arsenal sign Eduardo

Typical. On the day I’m hugely busy after starting a new job, Arsenal have signed someone.
It’s a real surprise, and I bet plenty of you will be disappointed that Brazilian-born Croatian International Eduardo da Silva is the man chosen to replace Thierry Henry. He scored the first ever competitive goal at the Emirates for Dinamo Zagreb, for whom he finished the season with 34 goals. You’ll also remember him scoring against England in their hilarious defeat.
There’s no mention of any sort of fee yet, but I’d hazard a guess at around six million pounds.
Sure, he’s no Eto’o, but if it’s any consolation, he’s good on Football Manager. More soon.
